Printable vinyl transfer has 2 different types which is PVC material and PU Vinyl which is more eco friendly and durable qualified by the textile fashion branded company such as NIKE, REBOOK and etc..

Printable Vinyl is only printable on using large format inkjet printer or Print and Cut System with solvent and eco solvent ink.

Put your Printable Vinyl on the T-shirt and heat press High Pressure T Shirt Heat Press Machine appox. 45psi, and transfer using 150 to 175 degree celcius and 8 to 20 second to fully transfer the vinyl (image) on T-Shirt.

There is 2 types of vinyl which is differ by light colour garment transfer paper (white) or Dark Colour garment, you need to print on mirror image if you're using light colour garment transfer paper too.

Method 5 T-SHIRT HEAT TRANSFER using SUBLIMATION INK AND PAPER (White Polyester Fabric)

1st print you image on the sublimation transfer paper using Sublimation Printer with mirror image, then put your sublimation paper on the T-shirt and iron on with Heat Press Machine with 180 degree celcius, 60 to 120 second to fully transfer the paper (image) on T-Shirt.

By using the sublimation transfer technology, the benefit is It's only transfer the image(ink) only to your T-Shirt and there is no Polymer Layer border on your t'shit, you do not need to weed and just cut according to shape.

The unique of Sublimation is your image will be on transferable on T-Shirt when it meet the required temperature and specific timing only. only ink will on the t-shirt as well.

the weeknees of Sublimation can only transfer on POLYESTER Fabric just like sports wear JERSEY, MICRO FIBRE or DRY FIT in white colour only.

HEAT TRANSFER VS SILK SCREEN

Heat Transfer refers to printing graphics on shirts using transfer paper or vinyl and a heat press machine. A shirt is placed in the machine, and transfer paper is placed face-down over the shirt. The heating unit is brought down over them for a prescribed time to print the image on the shirt.Transfer paper is available for inkjet. The design must be flipped horizontally and printed to the transfer paper prior to use. It is also possible to silk screen onto transfer paper.

Advantages
With heat transfer, the unit cost is low for short-run, full-color image, and good quality. Heat-press technology is capable of printing any digital image created in programs such as Adobe Photoshop.

Silk screen is an old  printing technique suitable for printing on shirts. The design is transferred to a frame with screen mesh stretched taut across it. Ink is pressed through the screen with a squeegee.Silk screens are coated with a light sensitive photo emulsion. Graphics are printed on clear vellum and placed over the screen, then exposed to a strong light for a prescribed time. The image is developed with warm water under pressure.

Advantages
Screen printing is cost-effective for volume order and with one or two-color printing. Silk screen works best with dynamic, iconic images specifically prepared for the medium.

Method 1 T-SHIRT HEAT TRANSFER using TRANSFER PAPER (HOME BASE / HOBBY)

T-Shirt HEAT TRANSFER is an technique or technology using High Temperature to transfer the image on the T Shirt or any type of textile. It's can be seperated to 4 (four) types of HEAT TRANSFER technique or method which is using TRANSFER PAPER, PRINTABLE FLEX TRANSFER, & SUBLIMATION TRANSFER and the latest Self Weeding Transfer.

1.Method T-SHIRT HEAT TRANSFER using TRANSFER PAPER

1st print you image on the transfer paper using Textile Pigment Printer which is recommended by Transfer Paper Manufacturer or some of the transfer paper may use dye ink, then put your transfer paper on the T-shirt and heat press or may called (iron on) using High Pressure T Shirt Heat Press Machine, usually transfer paper may need 175 degree celcius and 15 to 20 second to fully transfer the paper (image) on T-Shirt.

There is 2 types of transfer paper  which is differ by light colour garment transfer  (white) or Dark Colour garment transfer, you need to print on mirror image if you're using light colour garment transfer paper.

Method 3 T-SHIRT HEAT TRANSFER using SUBLIMATION PRINTABLE FLEX (SUBLIFLEX) (PROFESSIONAL / COMMERCIAL)

The only Printable Flex transfer using SUBLIMATION INK which is a breakthru and developed by Germany, the setup is much cheaper compare to using ECO SOLVENT Printer.

It can be printer with any desktop printer with SUBLIMATION INK and cut with contour plotter.

HOW?

1.Put your Printable Vinyl on the T-shirt and heat press High Pressure T Shirt Heat Press Machine appox. 45psi, and transfer using 180C (360F) with 10 seconds, Pre Cure with 30Sec. 5 bar (70 PSI) max. pressure (please download the printing intruction accordingly)

It can transfer on all type of textile POLYESTER, NYLON, LYCRA, SPANDEX, LEATHER, SYNTHETIC OR NATURAL FIBERS.

Method 4 T-SHIRT HEAT TRANSFER using LASER DARK (No Cut) (PROFESSIONAL / COMMERCIAL)

You just print on the transparent A-Foil Using LED LASER WHITE TONER printer, press it together with the dark opaque B-Paper LowTemp and seperate both sheets from each other while hot. Now, you have white coverage on the image through the B-Paper LowTemp

Until now, the Graphic printing & finishing of textiles with metallic foils and flock fibers could only be achieved with a standard flex or flock material and was limited in the options. Only large logos and lettering could be plotted and transferred. FOREVER Laser Dark (No-Cut) FINISHING transfer can easily be metallized or flocked, with the advantage that even the finest details can be transferred. In the first step, a single color design is transferred onto the fabric. The application is identical to the normal LASER DARK (No-Cut) LowTemp application, except that, instead of the standard A-Foil you have to use the A-Foil Finishing. In an additional step the design can be metallized or flocked with a hot stamping foil or a flock transfer sheet. With a choice of 52 different hot stamping foils and 9 flock colors, detailed or even rasterized designs (see page 6, TransferRIP) can be easily decorated. The typical limitations of heat transfers process with flex and flock are now a thing of the past!

1.Press A Foil and B Paper with 150C with 90 second

3.Put A Foil on T Shirt and press for 30 second

The SublitoCotton precess enables the user to print white and pastel cotton fabrics using the traditional sublimation process. This product is perfect for full colour photos , bold graphics and lines. No excess polymer appears on garments and requires no trimming or wedding .

1st print you image on the sublimation to cotton transfer paper using Sublimation Printer with mirror image, Apply to the wet printed paper the dry SublitoCotton powder by sprinklng a layer over the image using a suitable powder tray. Before use break up any powder lumps. and iron on with Heat Press Machine with 190 degree celcius, 30 second to transfer the (image) on T-Shirt.
